Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using AiOps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use AiOps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Description of Service
AiOps provides software that connects Crisp messaging workflows with supported artificial intelligence APIs, including OpenAI-compatible services. Features may include message processing, suggested or automated responses, knowledge-assisted support, operational monitoring, and human handoff tools.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your workspace. You must provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful business purposes, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
API Keys and Third-Party Services
You are responsible for the API keys, accounts, usage fees, quotas, and permissions associated with third-party services you connect to AiOps. Your use of Crisp, OpenAI, and any other integrated provider remains subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AiOps to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious content, obtain unauthorized access, misrepresent automated output, or process information that you do not have permission to use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses before relying on them in sensitive situations.
Service Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of AiOps as the service evolves. We aim to provide a reliable experience, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed, and third-party outages may affect availability.
Intellectual Property
AiOps and its original software, interface, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of the content and knowledge you provide, subject to the limited processing rights required to operate the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
AiOps is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service or reliance on generated output.
Termination
You may stop using AiOps at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security risks, or respond to a material breach of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
